 Triathlon:
Swim 400 meters - Bike 8 miles - Run 2 miles

Duathlon: 
Run 2 miles - Bike 8 miles - Run 2 miles

Aquabike:  
Swim 400 meters - Bike 8 miles

Aquathlon:
Swim 400 meters - Run 2 miles

Tri Relay:  
2 or 3 person teams with each person completing 1 or 2 legs of the triathlon

Triathlon

First 3 places overall and Top 3 in each age group (m & f):
10-12, 13-15, 16-19, and five-year age groups from 20 to 70+
Duathlon First 2 places overall (m & f)
Aquabike First 2 places overall (m & f)
Aquathlon First 2 places overall (m & f)
Tri Relay First place team

Finisher awards to all who complete the race.

Competitors in all categories will be awarded their finisher awards as they cross the finish line.
 We feel that finishing a triathlon, a duathlon, an aquathlon or an aquabike of any distance is a great
accomplishment that you should be proud of!

Participants should review the entire race packet thoroughly before race weekend!
Procedures and rules are included here.
We will respond to questions at the pre-race clinic on Saturday, 7/29.
