This is a mini-triathlon, which includes very short distances in each of the
3 sports (click on each for description).
These distances are a little over 1/2 of an average sprint triathlon:
400 yard swim (in a pool)
8 mile bike ride (directions and map posted)
1.8 mile run (directions and
map posted)
all distances are approximate
This race is a great place to try a triathlon so that
you can
learn first-hand just how much fun it is to participate in
multi-sport events!
Anyone age 10 through adult is welcome to participate.
Snacks, awards ceremony (including door prizes),
and
massage following the race.
Chip
timing. T-shirts to
all finishers.
Award Categories (male and female): First 3 places overall,
10-12, 13-15, 16-19 &
Five year age-groups from 20 to 60+
