| Advance registration is required. Capacity is limited. Sign up early! (and there will be a 15-person minimum for the clinic to be held)

| This day is intended to give you the background, tools, and motivation to give it a
tri. Beginners and those with some experience will have the benefit of
small-group workshops with professional coaches. Join us to find out what all the excitement is about!
