This day will be a workshop-style clinic...a training day with lots of
detailed info to discuss...more hands on and more in-depth than our introductory clinics. Participants will have the benefit of small-group workshops with professional coaches.

Training and racing guidance and tips for those who have attended a Tri It Now Clinic (or Her Tri Clinic) or for athletes who have competed in several triathlons in the past.
