11:15       Swim Workshop  

12:45       Lunch and Speaker

2:00         Presentation on Weights, Nutrition, Coaching, etc.

2:30         Bike Presentation

3:15        Tire changing workshop

4:00         Race “talk-through”, including transitions,                  ccccccccequipment, and rules
