2009 is the 12th season for our mini tri's!

TUNE-UP TRI 

•       a twist on the traditional tri, this event will be a place to see where you are
         in your prep for the rest of the season
•        use it to tri for the first time or use it to test your winter of training!
•        short distances and a pool swim, so the weather may still be saying winter,
         but we'll be saying: "c'mon tri season!"
•        March 29, 2009 (Manassas, VA)    
   

MANASSAS MINI TRI

•       a short-distance tri for ages 10-100
•        June 7, 2009 (Manassas, VA)
    

THE 14.06 TRIATHLON

•         (nearly) sprint distance event (one-tenth of 'the big one')
•         fundraiser for Hope Runs and the 777 Challenge
•         ages 10 through adult
•         July 12, 2009 (Manassas, VA)
   

SUMMER SUPER SPRINT TRIATHLON

•         another mini, this super sprint is a bit longer than the Manassas Mini Tri
•         also for ages 10-100
•         August 9, 2009 (Manassas, VA)

Spring Ridge Sprint Tri

•        Tri It Now expands our series of mini distance triathlons to Maryland
•         come experience our newest venue
•         for ages 10-100
•         August 30, 2009 (Frederick, MD)

KIDS TRI TOO

•          A youth triathlon for ages 6-14
•         May 31, 2009   
•         and again on August 2, 2009

KIDS CAN DU

•          a very tiny duathlon (run-bike-run) event for kids ages 5-10
•          held immediately following Tri It Now mini-triathlons
•          for 2007: June 7, 2009 (Manassas, VA)
•          and again on August 9, 2009 (Manassas, VA)
